1. Comparation of Glass Tube and RF Tube :
CO2 glass tube
Normal Co2 Fractional laser light are used to deliver the laser to
the surface of the skin in only
a fraction of the area. Several hundred or thousands of pinpoints
may be used per square inch,
leaving healthy skin in between the ablated areas. This is intended
to allow more rapid healing and
less risk. The laser resurfaces the top layer of skin while also
utilizing heat to contract and
contribute to new collagen formation.

But now The newest types of laser resurfacing are Radio Frequency
RF excited fractional laser.
It was developed to remove skin more precisely, layer by layer,
using very short pulsed light energy or
continuous light beams that are delivered in a scanning pattern to
remove thin layers of skin with
minimal heat damage to the surrounding structures.
2. Features CO2 Surgical Laser
Surgical laser treatment works by targeting both the epidermis and
dermis. It does this by delivering a laser beam that is divided
into thousands of tiny but deep columns of treatment into the skin.
These are called microthermal treatment zones (MTZs). Within each
MTZ old epidermal pigmented cells are expelled and penetration of
collagen in the dermis causes a reaction that leads to collagen
remodeling and new collagen formation. By using MTZs, the laser
targets and treats intensively within the zone whilst surrounding
healthy tissue remain intact and unaffected.
This Surgical treatment results in a faster healing process than if
all tissue in the treatment area was exposed to the laser.
